I used this company to do an inspection on a home I purchased. The inspector Trout, missed some obvious signs of structural damage the home had. The owner was very combative when approached about their lack of seeing these signs and said they noted a crack in the mortar and their side note on everything they noted was should be inspected by a licensed contractor. If these guys arent capable of deciding if a home has problems and a licensed contractor is needed then it seems they shouldnt be in the business.

Also, the form they have you sign before they do the inspection waives your right to sue them for their incompetence.

I've used several inspection companies and this one was the least thorough and cost me thousands of dollars.
