Working with Dave and Jose over the last... almost 4 months has great. I love the full body workout that Muay Thai provides! The environment here is great and the gym is always tidy. :)

This is the first time I've done kickboxing and I love it! This isn't cardio kickboxing like 24 hr fitness, this is the real deal and it kicks butt! I sweat like crazy and get a great workout but I feel like I'm learning how to kick butt and defend myself too! Gina is awesome and Dave is just crazy...in a good way! hehe Anyways, this is my new gym, it's the best if you want to kick butt and train hard. Go American Boxing =)

Not an ordinary gym! I do Muay Thai and CrossFit Personal Training but there are way more classes...I think they are doing pilates soon...my girl is stoked for the pilates. The difference here is class size...Dave the owner and head coach never allows more than 12 student/members in a class! Dave and Gina are awesome coaches with great assistant trainers! Everyone here is cool and we all help each other reach our health, fitness and competition goals!

These guys are great, you get a great workout and learn a lot in the process. DOn't be mistaken this is not an easy thing, but they are great teachers and strong personalities. The type of people you want to learn for

We chose to train with Dave because he is the real deal. His intensity, passion and knowledge are unmatched. He and his crew hold you accountable and push you to perform your best. Although his teaching style may not compliment some of the more sensitive personalities, he's the best. In a city where many gyms boast false accomplishments, American Boxing can stand proud.
