I was in the store today to by a professional size bottle of Dermologica moisturizer. The store offers coupons in the local coupon clipper that offers $5, 10, savings if you spend x amount of dollars. The moisturizer I purchased was $75 which falls under the coupon guidelines of $10 off with a purchase of $50 or more. The lady at the counter refused to honor the coupon saying that I was already getting a deal on the moisturizer and that I couldn't get two deals in one day. There are no restrictions on the coupon that indicates that it is would not be eligible. She had no reply to this other then she would not honor their store coupon.

This is poor business practice and if they decide to not honor their own coupons they should indicate that on the coupon. The employee was making restrictions at her own discretion. I frequent this store to make this purchase all the time plus all my other product needs but I will no longer be frequenting this establishment.

You can get salon quality hair color to use at home for a great price and with your savings splurge on a treat. Don't forget to ask about their punch card for even bettter savings for you regulars!

PROS: Convenient location in 5 Points Center...
CONS: Hard to park when 5 Points is slammed!

I've never gotten my hair done here, but I come here very often for shampoos, conditioners, and hair styling products. They have the largest variety of salon products. They staff is always eager to help you find exactly what you;re looking for or what you need. They also have a punch card type thing for a $10 gift certificate after spending a certain amount of money.
