Living in Guam and banking online with American Bank in Port

Living in Guam and banking online with American Bank in Port Aransas leaves much to be desired. On August 13th, I requested (online) that my son (who lives in Port A) be listed on my account so that he could withdraw money as he needed and as of today, August 23rd, I have not been notified of that possibility. That means that I have to wait until after midnight to call and speak to someone directly. Since I am 15 hours ahead, I will have to wait another 3 days to be able to call on a Monday, stateside time. I don't think the request is unusual and even if it was unreasonable, I should have been notified by now.
