First of all, these guys are WAY over priced....especially considering that their solutions don't even remove spots. Our carpets didn't look any cleaner after they were done. I even had them come back to remove specific spots and that didn't work either.
Their coupons get you to call them. But when they get here, they give you a quote that is twice as much as what you were expecting. I was able to negotiate a slightly lower price only because I had a competitor's coupon. I wanted to just tell them to leave, but we had already moved all our furniture to get our carpets cleaned.
I'm going back to a Stanley Steemer type service next time.
