Amarit Thai is a nice little restaurant in the Printers Row area of the south loop. I have never had to wait for a table and the delivery service is quick. Why wait 30-45 minutes for a pizza when you could have Thai food and have it delivered quickly for a comparable price. More importantly every dish I have tried, I have enjoyed.

Great Thai food with a unique and original taste that I have yet to find at another Thai restaurant! A must try is the sweet curry sauce over sticky rice.. Prices are a tad high but so is everything in Chicago! :)

I had to cancel my food delivery after waiting 2 hours for food. The staff was very rude and only offered 20% off the bill for their mistake. Please order Thai from somewhere else!!!

Best Thai Restaurant in Downtown. The prices are reasonable. I got a good food with a good health. I can't wait to go back again

I have been to Amarit several times. The food is actually just okay. I think most of their dishes have too many bamboo shoots in them and most of them use the same seasoning/flavoring so they taste pretty much the same. The only thing that keeps bringing me back again and again are the crab rangoons here. The crab rangoons that are served here are the best in town and hard to find anywhere else. Couple that with one of their great fruit smoothies and you are set to go! This place deserves five stars just for its crab rangoons.
