I have been to the salon 5 times. Last time, Nikki cut my hair since I could not get in with Casey. I have spent more time in a chair at Supercuts when in college. She did not check her work. Casey has had 2 good and 2 poor cuts. He has difficulty listening to what you want and when given direction seems to become upset. I went back a few days after a poor cut and had to pay full price for a new cut. Price is not an issue for a good consistent cut. HELP!
