My family rented a Class A motorhome for a summer trip through Utah. Unfortunately, once we got a day into our trip the generator failed, disabling the 110V electrics including the A/C. This was a problem driving through the desert in 110 degree weather. We contacted Altmans for help and they didn't return our call. We tried to get it repaired but Atmans would not approve the repair. We ended up staying having to travel at night and even stay in hotels. The insult came when Altman refused to credit us anything for the defective motorhome. READ THE CONTRACT! They completely protect themselves. They had no sense of good will or even common business sense. Would never recommend.‎
