My experience has been quite good by Jean J. at InsiderPages
My two Shih Tzu's have seen Dr. Virk and Dr. Paz for the past two years. I switched from the VERY expensive animal hospital to Alpine nearest my home.
I found the front desk girls to be quite friendly, however their phone follow up regarding requests for information or refills of medication can be hit or miss. It seems to be the luck of the draw on telephone requests.
However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the capability and knowledge of these two very fine Vets.
I am glad to have them nearby for the care of my two precious pups.

Not terrible but I expect better. by A B. at InsiderPages
This vet is near where I recently moved so I picked them out of the phone book when my pet got sick. My main complaint is the front desk girls - they were rather unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness every time I dealt with them. When I go to a veterinary clinic I expect friendliness and some sort of caring, they are supposed to, right? So we got off to a bad start from when I made the appointment. When I got there it wasn't much better - barely any eye contact, no smiles, and attitudes like I was imposing on their time. I waited 20 minutes from my appointment time until I was actually seen into a room. Another girl with a crappy attitude came in to take temp, weigh my pet, etc. She also seemed to not want to be there and not really care about animals. It was very off-putting to say the least. Another 10 minute wait and the vet came in. He was very nice and I have no complaints there. I was given options and not pressured to run high priced tests. I never received a follow up call to see if my pet was feeling better - I know not all vets do this but it always is appreciated. I called to request a Rx over the phone without another office visit the because my pet was not all the way better. Once again the girl that answered the phone was rude - she barely wanted to listen to what I was trying to explain. She said she'd give the message to the vet. Hours went by and the day's end neared, so I had to call back.

All in all my pet is fine, but I will not go back. As I said, the actual Dr. I did really like, and two other assistants came in the room to assist and they were as nice as could be, but the first people I had to deal with here need attitude adjustments. I won't return - their loss, definitely not mine.

Most Amazing Vet EVER!! by Michael S. at InsiderPages
This veterinarian was the most amazing person with our dog. While in the end we unfortunately had to say goodbye to her, for the years he was her doctor she had the most amazing care, we had amazing service, and I highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone who needs one!
