1. service: not enough detailed explanation on usage of equipment/limitation by both the home office representative and delivery technician 2. charges: outrageous; a portable oxygen and an oxygen concentrator were delivered, the same day of delivery a request to return the equipments was made and the patient was told a $70 charge will be applied due to "delivery cost" even though the equipments were not used; how much does it cost the company to pay for a delivery man to deliver and pick up for less than 10 miles?? i will never do business with this company again and you bet i won't recommend anyone to do business with them either‎
