I was just here the other day. It's under new ownership and it's now called Mission Bay Hand Car Wash. Since it was under new ownership I thought they would try extra hard to please and I let them upsell me on a hand wax job. When the car was ready they had forgot to armor all the tires, the inside and their were parts of the car with wax still on it. Super dissapointed in their service this time around.

Cons : left wax on car, didn't armor all the tires and inside (had to ask twice), expensive....
This is my go-to car wash. With a student ID, you get a dollar off and with a receipt from In-n-Out, located right next door, you get $2 off! Can't beat that!!
They do a pretty good job...it can get crowded though so plan accordingly. There's a little shop inside with drinks and snacks and the usual car wash boutique items and there's a seating area outside where you can watch you car come out of the washing section and then get wiped and waxed by the staff.
I usually just get the bare minimum which is around $15 with tip (I have an SUV and they charge a little more for larger cars).
It's located right by the 5 north on-ramp so it's convenient to stop by either on the way home or way out and about!
Pros : They do a pretty good job and offer a special discount with In-n-Out (yum)!
Cons : Can get crowded!
