Willow Glen storage facility is a standard facility. I was a customer of their for years. At one time I had to move all of my things because they had a flood and some of my antiques where damaged. The County of Santa Clara left their sprinklers on next door and the water flowed into my space. Water saturated my belongings and then sat and molded for a few days before I was notified. They made no effort to represent me in the recovery of my losses and did the bare minimum to find me a dry space. It was most disappointing.
