Having belonged to AVAC for some number of years, I am amazed how they continue to reinvest money into continueing to improve all faclities! Always new equipment, a full time staff that continually cleans the facility, from morning to night, and apparently through the night. It is always immuclate! The staff, and management truly care for the members: I check in and they know my name, and more than that, they engage me in conversation as they know of my family, my children, they truly care about all memers. The classes are amazing, they have a wonderful spinning proigram, with more than some 45 bikes, yoga classes by wonderful instructors, and Zmba, and kick boxing with Stacy is the best bar none!
