Fabulous customer service for a fair price.
I took my trailer here after 2 tries at camping world. I had a leak they could not find. I was VERY clear that it was imperative that the leak be fixed since I would be living in my trailer for a while. They still didn't find and fix the leak. They didnt' fix my awning right either. I had to move out of my trailer to get it reparied the thrid time. Allied was fabulous. He found the molding had seperated from the fiberglass side. He did ALL the roof seals, fixed the awning right. He even replaced the missing pull strap on my awning without me even asking. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!!! Camping world ripped me off. Charged me almost the same amount of money and didn't fix anything. Allied did great work for a fair price. Camping world charged me almost $500 for 80 minutes of work with the excuse that they "charge by the job." Then to add insult to injury, they didn't even do it right after a return visit. Allied is the place to go. Great service, no BS, fair prices, straight talk, great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RVERS MECCA
i have found the rv mecca of the central california valley. one step inside the store will produce a large grin due to the fact that everything you seen in the rv catalogues is right there in front of you. the knowledge of the store personel is immense. i was able to find even the most obscure parts without paying for shipping over the internet, and the prices were at or below internet rates. Ron , Dough , Dan , all of these guys really know their stuff. i was happy to make the 1 hour trip north so i could have it in my hands the same day i found the need. NO MORE CAMPING WORLD. although it is ironic i found out about this place waiting in a long line at camping world in rocklin,ca. best i ever got from them was this stores location! right off the capitol freeway about 2 minutes. also, there is a rv wrecking yard right around the corner if you need something out of production. rv doctor is the naME, AND ONLY A BLOCK AWAY

Best Service Center
I'm so surprised by the review on Allied Trailer Supply Service Department on 10/1/07 being "horrible". Maybe there is some confusion. I'm a long time customer of Allied's parts and service network. My friends and family have been so happy with all of the services regarding the parts store and repair shop. We have experienced nothing but excellent service from Ron in the parts store and Dan in the service center for many years. I have referred many of my RV friends to Allied over the years and have always experienced positive feedback, and on many occasions received "Thanks" from the people I have referred because they have been extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, all seasoned RVer's know summer time is very busy for all service centers and it can be difficult at times to get an appointment. Good RV service centers are booked well in advance.

One of many happy customers,

Thank You,

W. Bryan

Won't complete repairs in a timely manner
We had our 5th wheel repaired by Allied in May of 2006...need to bring it back in for a problem with the fiberglass..Called in May, too busy, bring it in later...called again in August, again, too busy, can't get to it for 2 months..finally got a confirmation repair date..October 1st..took it in today, Dan not there, will call later...we left 5th wheel, as we had a confirmed appointment...Dan called, too busy, can't get to it for possible 2 weeks, also has to order parts...don't know when we will get it back...
Seems that once they get your money, they don't care too much about you as a customer!
Have done business with this firm for many, many years, but now will be looking for a more reputable company...
