While I haven't utilized their services personally... I was contacted today after a long day of trouble shooting, and problem solving at work. Victoria, the said manager called me today as I am noted as a reference from one of their customers. What started off as a routine reference call ended up a customer service nightmare! Victoria obviously doesn't beleive how fast the word of mouth travels.. Victoria phoned me, I confirmed that it was me on the other end, I asked her to hold so that I may end my other call. Victoria hung up immediately, only to call back seconds later and sarcastically demanded that I send her to my voice mail since I hung up on her previously.
