I have a sculpture studio a couple of miles away and therefore it's extremely convenient that I use this shop. I've come to know most of the staff but from the beginning they've always been service oriented and there to please. Whenever I've had issues with my welder(s) or any equipment they've always stepped up to the plate on their nickel to help solve my problems. I'm not a professional welder therefore I do run into problems that I could use some professional advice with and here again they've always come forth to help solve these issues and before I know it I'm back on the road welding. Is this the very least expensive place around when it comes to purchasing welding supplies? I really don't know the answer to that but compared to the internet probably not. However, the small community stores are rapidly disappearing from our landscape and I want to see them remain and if I have to pay a couple of extra dollars for the convenience then I'm ...

I am a loyal customer to Alliance welding supplies and just wanted to say that people who have been writing bad reviews about them unfortunatley I guess are just not as lucky as i have been.I've tried Clark and Pricks-Air and those 2 companys could give a crap if i ever walked into there stores.Alliance has always made me feel at home.I get top notch customer service EVERY TIME.They are always quick to help me with anything i need.If I'm looking for something I never hesitate to call them.They are plesant and always willing to help.Sure the shop is small and once in awhile you have to wait in line,buy hey thats life.Seriously if you need welding supplies this is your spot,Priceing is fair and customer service is a 9(I don't give 10's because nobody is perfect).Definatley I'll never go anywhere else.‎

Rude sales people. Prices are high. If the price is high then it should be made up with service. I was looking for something special and I received no help. Maybe they were having a bad day I don't know, but something has to change there if they plan on being in business They are not the only welding supply in town. I will NOT be going back. Even Airgar or Praxair give better customer service. Tad‎

I was quite surprised to see any negative comments about Alliance since I receive so many positive ones daily from customers old and new in the store. Good guys here. They repair equipment, have adequate supplies. If you want your ass kissed, this probably isn't the shop for you. There pretty straight forward.‎
