IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TUXEDO, SUIT, ETC YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO ZELLER TUXEDOS ON WILLIAMSBRIDGE ROAD OR VITO'S MEN'S SHOP ON WESTCHESTER AVENUE IN PELHAM BAY. ALLERTON FORMAL WEAR IS GIANT RIPOFF THAT MAKES ITS MONEY BY PLAYING THE BAIT AND SWITCH GAME, LURING YOU WITH THE PROMISE OF THE SUIT OF YOUR DREAMS THEN TELLING YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT, PUTTING YOU INTO A CORNER WHERE YOU HAVE ACCEPT SOMETHING OF LOWER QUALITY FOR TWICE THE PRICE. THE WORST TUXEDO SHOP AROUND. LIMITED SELECTION, THE STAFF IS VERY UNPLEASANT. ONE OF THE OWNERS BY THE NAME OF MALIK IS A BIG LIAR!! HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GET ME A PARTICULAR SUIT FOR MY PROM. I WAS TOLD TO PICK THE SUIT UP THE DAY BEFORE THE PROM. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE SUIT, HE TOLD ME THAT HE COMPLETELY FORGOT HOWEVER, HE SAID IF I WAS WILLING TO PAY DOUBLE HE WOULD SEE IF HE COULD PULL SOME STRINGS. HE RUINED MY PROM DAY! TAKE IT FROM ME THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS , DO NOT GO TO THEM, THEY GIVE YOU ALOT OF SWEET TALK AND WHEN THEY GET YOU BY THE THROAT THEY TRY TO EXTORT MONEY OUT OF YOU. THEY ARE CRIMINALS, I AM FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. BEWARE!!

This is the best tuxedo store around. The workers are so nice and the owner is great. They have the latest tuxedos and if they dont have what you need they will get it for you. They work fast and greatly and you feel like you did the best thing going to alleton formal wear. So gow now and tell them that a very good friend of the owner sent you.If you shop at allerton formal wear i will tell you myself you did the best thing going there. So go now. And feel very sasitvied. They DO have the best service ever!

My husband and I have used them plenty of times. Recently we got all our tuxes for the guys in our wedding. The measurements went fine. The older lady was the best. The service when we returned the tuxes was the worst. The guy asked my husband if I was his wife and if I spoke English....very rude and obnixious. We told them that I would never use them again and never ever recommend them to anyone.
