Technician was great. He arrived on time. Had to order a motor but was back out 3 days later and washer works great. He even gave me $30 off original estimate

Technician was great! He fixed my washer in about 20 min. He came right in and new what the problem was. He was very sweet and quiet and got the job done. Very thankful.

Needed a few appliances done in my rental unit. Was a little confused why they needed my credit card before they could schedule an appt. but I'm glad they did since I wasn't available time of service and they were still able to do repairs and just charge my card. Company was very professional and now no more complaining tenants!

Ripped off
I feel ripped off. I had to called them to repair my washer. They charged $30 for the diagnosis, then offer to waive the fee if I have them perform the repair. They changed $150 labor fee for the repair (which only took 1/2 hour). I was stuck either paying the $30, or letting them do the work for an outrageous price. I got put on the spot, and chose to let them do the repair, but I feel ripped off. If I had had a moment to think about it, I would have sent them away and tried to find someone who charges reasonable rates.
