My washer is under warranty. Whirlpool had Allen and Sons come out. Technician did a great job. Was done with repair in 5 min. I am glad Whirlpool recommended Allen and Sons.

Technician was great!
Technician was great! He fixed my washer in about 20 min. He came right in and new what the problem was. He was very sweet and quiet and got the job done. Very thankful.

Allen and son's was great. I had technician to come out and look at my dishwasher and refrigerator. Technician did a fabulous job with the dishwasher. It was fixed right away. For refrigerator I needed a water filter. Technician explained to me the parts and what exactly I needed. I was very pleased with the service. I have found new friends! I will always call allen and sons and specifically Ben to come and fix my appliances.

We'd had good luck with this company awhile back with a dryer problem. The repairman who came out was courteous and competent and didn't try to rip us off. Our most recent experience with Allen & Sons was a whole different story. The repairman who showed up was sullen, barely communicative and lacked the proper tools to do the job. I had to get MY tools for him to use. After I retrieved my tool box, he then proceeded to tell me that the job would cost a minimum of $149. The guy didn't even have the necessary fittings! I did the job myself. It took me 10 minutes. I'll never do business with Allen & Sons again.
