Check engine light on repeatedly only during cold months of the year. Took my van in 3 times with the same problem and each time I was told I didn't know how to put a gas cap on (apparently only when it's cold outside). The last straw fro me was as I was picking the van up the last time, when I ask the clerk if they found the problem... the response? "Operator error again, some people just take longer to figure this stuff out than others" So, when the light came back on a week later (not having filled the tank since being at Allen Samuals) I went to Northwest Dodge. Northwest took some time, over night to look at it even, but in the end they found the problem was that power steering fluid had leaked onto the NLV Pump (read emissions pump, cause of the light) and the pump was stuck. They replaced the pump and ended up replacing the entire steering rack all under warranty. I'm just glad someone found the problem, with my children riding in the van daily... well, ...

Agreed on the purchase price of a vehicle. I had to get my financing in order (cash payment) and go get my title on my trade and asked them to get the vehicle ready. Came back and was told they could not sell it to me with no valid ...

Our Jeep Wrangler broke and we towed it here for fixing. We were more than patient as it sat there for 4 months waiting for parts, which was not their fault, but Chrystler's. They were kind, but during this time, however, the due date was pushed back every 2 weeks, on which we would be forced to contact them (late in the evening or the next day) just to find out it was moved back. They were not in touch with their parts department and NEVER called us back for any updates. Because this Jeep was our only vehicle at the time, this information would have been usefull for making other arrangements for a loaner car or rental. As a final slap in the face, screws were missing from the interior panels of the Jeep upon pickup. We told them about it, at which point they sent out the VERY young "mechanic" who argued with us saying there were no screws left at reassembly and that screws did not belong where they were missing. bought new truck in march this year. part of deal was a sliding rear window. its november now and i still dont have the sliding rear window. guess its my own fault, i shouldnt have accepted truck till window was in. had they treated me right, 4or 5 of my friends would have bought a truck there. but i told them not to go there cause they are not true to their word. only reason i went there is cause all the other dodge dealers in houston had worse reviews then this place.‎
