Less than average
Our Jeep Wrangler broke and we towed it here for fixing. We were more than patient as it sat there for 4 months waiting for parts, which was not their fault, but Chrystler's. They were kind, but during this time, however, the due date was pushed back every 2 weeks, on which we would be forced to contact them (late in the evening or the next day) just to find out it was moved back. They were not in touch with their parts department and NEVER called us back for any updates. Because this Jeep was our only vehicle at the time, this information would have been usefull for making other arrangements for a loaner car or rental. As a final slap in the face, screws were missing from the interior panels of the Jeep upon pickup. We told them about it, at which point they sent out the VERY young "mechanic" who argued with us saying there were no screws left at reassembly and that screws did not belong where they were missing.
