I received very good service from 3 different young people working at the store. I had just made a very disappointing trip to the Red Wing Shoe Store at 7219 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena where the only clerk in the store was very apathetic and extremely unhelpful when I walked in. I quickly left the Red Wing store and headed to Allen's where I bought a pair of steel-toe workboots I use for welding. Based on the excellent service I received at Allen's, I will be a repeat customer. They also have an excellent selection of western boots and attire. Mainly, I'll be back because I was treated so nicely there, unlike the very rude person at Red Wing who seemed more interested in sitting on her butt behind the desk and treated me as if I were an invisible person.

I have found this store to be a great place to get western wear. The staff is very helpful. I have found them to be willing to answer questions and help in any way they can.
