My washer is under warranty. Whirlpool had Allen and Sons come out. Technician did a great job. Was done with repair in 5 min. I am glad Whirlpool recommended Allen and Sons.

WASTE OF TIME & MONEY
Don’t use them unless you have all the time in the world to wait around for them. I am now waiting for my 5th appointment to get my GE Fridge fixed. Here is how the story goes...
Appointment 1 = Did estimate and agreed to do service at cost of almost $400.00 (YIKES!!)
Appointment 2 = Installed parts and said fix was complete, wait 24 hours and it will be cold
Waited 24 hrs... fridge was still not cold
They actually called me and admitted they needed to do more work but the part wouldn’t be in for another week, might I add I am having to live out of our other fridge in the garage (thank god we have). So we made another appointment for Sat
Appointment 3 = On a beautiful Sat I sat around my house with my kids instead of going to the beach, waiting and waiting and waiting for them to show... finally I got a message on my phone at 4pm saying they needed to cancel the appointment!!!
This is when I lost my mind!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO REGUARD FOR CUSTOMERS!! So I called back and got another appointment for the following Friday 8-12
Appointment 4 = This time my husband stays home from work, cause I am not available. When the teach arrives he says we should have been told to defrost the fridge before he arrived for 24 hrs, so we will need to come back tomorrow Appointment 5 now another Sat 12-3.
I called and talked to some lady ( I will leave names out of this) and she actually had the nerve to tell me, "Sometimes customers get the bad end of the deal" and I find this appalling from a company that has this quote, "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority"!!!!
I asked for my money back and was told to wait for them to fix it basically after a lot of wasted time trying to help them understand this is NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!
SO WE ARE STUCK STILL WAITING FOR OUR FRIDGE TO BE FIXED 1 MONTH 4 APPOINTMENTS AND $400.00 DOLLARS LATER!!!
