Todd was helpful, knowledgable and approachable from the first phone call. I called him for a second opinion on my heater/air cond unit, after another vendor told me it would cost over $2500 to fix/replace! Todd found that my existing unit did not need to be replaced at all and fixed what turned out to be a loose fan - for an amount that wasn't even NEAR the first guy's estimate! Call Todd - he won't disappoint!

I've worked with 4 HVAC guys in the SCV, and Todd is the most pleasant to work with. Quality friendly sevice--fair and knowledgeable.


I might as well also use this review to braodcast what I learned from Todd. DON'T buy any LENNOX product. A previous HVAC company gave me a LENNOX unit and the compressor died in two years. Todd installed the warantee replacement for me, warning me that he never uses Lennox himself, and sure enough in exactly a year, the compressor died AGAIN. This is only their product--their customer service is far worse.
