I was recently on a cross-country trip with my college graduate son who was moving from Orlando to LA in a sub-compact car that was packed to the max. About 15 miles outside of Willcox the car began to vibrate badly and we had to pull of I-10 (in the middle of nowhere) to try to figure out what was going wrong. I know it must be a broken rear suspension or something wrong with a tire. Using our GPS we saw that there was a service exit ahead and limped into Willcox and into Dick's Tire. The folks there are the best and within a few min. have determined that the steel belts in a rear tire were seperating. They had two tires in stock to fit my son's compact import and they had us back on the road in under an hour. Being out in the middle of nowhere they could have charged an outragous amout for the tires but they were fair and honest and for us that day they were really a life saver.

Dicks has the most honest towing and repair service. We had some work done on the road when we broke down between Benson and Willcox. The first guy was out of Benson and he wanted a fortune for the repair. We then called Dicks and he towed our truck and fifth wheel in amd fixed our truck for 1/2 of what the first guy said and he didn't charge us for the tow. A really really nice guy. (side note: the guy in Benson wasn't going to tow us, we would have had to sit in a parking lot for 3 days while he ordered the part)
