We regret choosing this company. We hired them for a large project at a high price expecting above average to excellent results. We received a poor end result with a lot of headaches along the way. A promised 2 week job lasted 5 months with a lot of redos, damage to our home, and unreturned phone calls. There were many guarantees that were made by the company and owner, however, it would take several phone calls and delays before anything was done. Now that the project is finally finished with a supposed guarantee on their work, we still have to wait a long time before we get anybody to fix the problems we have. Also, be careful about their pricing. We asked them numerous times if the price was the final price because it was so high. We told them that we had reached the maximum of our budget and could not afford anything higher than the quote they had given us. They kept saying it definitely is and it was once again "guaranteed" to be the final price. Lo and behold, they raised the price on us during the middle of the project because of their mistakes. I don't think it's fair to do that. They are supposed to be the professional and take all the foreseeable and unforeseeable circumstances into account. They charge such a high price as it is that they should have the supposed "extra" costs covered. I would have gone with a less expensive company if I knew how unprofessional and greedy All-Tex Exteriors was. Then I would have known it was mostly my fault if there were any problems because I chose to go with a cheaper quote. <br />

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! We had the worst experience with All-Tex Exteriors. We thought they were a large company who can get the job done in a timely manner with great results, so we did not mind the higher price tag. However, they turned out to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and our project was delayed multiple times. No one would answer our phone calls or emails. It has been very frustrating, and we wouldn't want anyone else having to go through what we went through. We also wished we had done more research, because we later found out that they have had several complaints in the past and have an unsatisfactory record. SO BEWARE!!!<br />

I had them replace wood siding and build a small deck/fence for me. The first problem was that they claimed they could do Hardie plank siding on my house, but then once we had our initial project meeting lo and behold they couldn&#39;t because the size (which they knew from the start) was too small. They then gave me a quote for wood @ 20% more - I asked for my money back and they wanted to keep their 10-15% &quot;deposit&quot; even though they are the ones who screwed up... Anyway, they agreed to do the wood at the same cost. They had quite the issue with paint overspray on my house due to wind - fine, but maybe you shoudn&#39;t spray on windy days? Anyway, they were able to get most of it off, but now here I am 6 months later or so and I can see that they actually used some sort of paint thinner on one section of my new shingles (Oct 08). Now some of my shingles are stained (and probably damaged) and when I checked with them about it, they said &quot;oh, our guys would never do that! ...

All-Tex painted the exterior of my home as well as replacing wood panels that had warped and rotted. They also stained my front door and did the power washing around the house. Everything was done in a timely and neat manner. ...
