Terrible, if any customer service
I just bought a clothing store and was recommended this company by the previous owner. I had to order the shirts from a different company, and then All Star was to pick them up, print on them and have them done within a week or so. "John" was my contact, and he has strung me along for 5 WEEKS. "I've been out of town" or "we are really backed up" and "i was out of the office the last two days." Not once did he return a voicemail or reply to an email, and I left plenty of each. I just found out they haven't even picked up the shirts from the other company yet, five weeks after first speaking with him. And now the other company won't refund my money because it has been so long, even though the shirts are still sitting in their warehouse. I do not recommend this company at all.
