Door would not open
I paid 12.00 for the best car wash and the door to go in opened about 2 feet and did not go up. After about 5-10 minutes, it closed and the other door opened to let me out, but never got in.
I have tried the phone number above (859) 694-1053, and continue to get the fax.
Plus when I have gone in before this time, the wash does not wash the back of my car. I have a Subaru Forrester and the middle of the back is never clean.
Very unhappy. Paid 12.00 and cannot find the owner.
