There are better storage places in Salinas. They have hidden fees such as charging $1 a month extra to send you a monthly bill. When I first asked they said it was something the computer adds on. Many months later when I asked again they said it was to mail each statement so I had them to stop mailing the statements and save the $1 a month. Their customer service is also not the best. I have had to go outside and get their attention as they were outside in a car talking to someone and not watching anyone going into the office. I finally figured out they worked there and was able to pay my bill after approaching the car.
