DO NOT RENT HERE / HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‎

I rented a PA system and mic from AllRents which didn't work. When I returned it I told the lady (who was very nice) that it didn't work, she apologized and said see would tell Russ, the owner, and he should issue me a refund. Well, Russ never got back to me! I called and left about 10 messages for him which he never returned. When I happened to catch him in the office, he said he would check it out and get back to me, which he never did. I called him 3 more times and he kept saying he was away from his desk but he would get back to me. I finally got him to to talk to me about it almost a month after renting the PA. He offered a rental credit or a 50% credit back to my card. I refused both because I will never do business with him again. Why didn't he tell me a month ago about their "return policy"? Don't waste your time or money like I did!!‎
