DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

"This company is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE. THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME DOUBLE ONCE I GOT TO MY LOCATION. NOT ONLY DID THEY DOUBLE CHARGE, THEY STILL HAVE SOME ITEMS OF MINE...I HAD MISSING ITEMS ALSO. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO GET THE ITEMS TO ME..IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS!!! MY MOM'S WHEELCHAIR BATTERIES ARE STILL IN THEIR WAREHOUSE, AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO ME!! I ALSO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE'S BELONGINGS (BOXES)...AND ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO RETUREN THEM TO THEIR OWNERS...I HAVE CALLED THEM 3 TIMES, AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A SHIT! THEY ARE TERRIBLE...TRUST ME"

I cancelled before I even went through with the experience. I read all of these reviews and decided to set up a move with them anyways even with a bad feeling in my gut. The guy said he would email me all of the details in which he did not. I decided to go ahead and rent a Uhaul and do the move myself, but when I called the number "Colin" gave me it went to a personal voicemail box of someone else and the 866 number they have listed on their website will not pick up unless you have submitted a form for a quote online. I had to trick them into answering.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Cons: Smells like fraud to me.

Don't Use Your Debit Card!

I used this company for a move from Fishers to Pendleton a year ago. The move generally went off with very few problems and I tipped the movers and paid for my move immediately using my debit card.
ONE YEAR LATER - I opened my bank statement to find a $177.05 charge on my checkcard right out of left field. I called the Owner on 5/21 and asked what this was for and he admitted that it was and erroneous charge and promised to credit it back on 5/25. Well, it's 6/1 and the credit has still not posted. Looks like I'm going to have to file a dispute with the bank. Pay some other way if you don't want your pocket picked a year after the move! If I didn't have a cushion in my account I'd be bouncing checks all over town!

They did a good job

THEY DID A GREAT JOB... i HAVE TO SAY THAT I DID NOT EXPECT THEM TO COVER THE RUGS AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. THAT WAS A NICE TOUCH. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY ARE SO CAREFUL PACKING AND PREPPING THE HOUSE THAT IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER... BUT YOU HAVE TO EXPECT THAT WITH QUALITY!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My husband and I moved 15 miles and were having our belongings stored for one week. We were quoted at $85/hour for movers and $150 flat fee for storage. When they brought our belongings to a us a week later, they changed it to $105/hr for movers and $150 per day for storage!!! We paid $2100 to move 15 miles. When we tried to talk to the supervisor on the phone, he repeatedly raised his voice at both my husband and myself and hung up on me! He told the movers not to give us our things until we paid the money. We have contacted an attorney and can't wait for our day in court with this company.

Pros: The actual movers were polite and helpful

Cons: The price, the lies, the rude supervisor, broken goods
