My 2004 Ford Expedition was broken into and had the passenger side window broken. I called All Glass and made an appointment. Two days later the tech came to my house to replace the broken window. He was there for 3 -4 hours and could not get then new window to work. In the process he screwed up my electrical system. He said he was going to go back to the office to get a part and come back tomorrow. He never came back or called. I called the All Glass office several times and they gave me the run around. After two days, I gave up on them. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Once there, they resolved the electrical issues and put the door back together . Two days later, the door began to rattle and the window that All Glass had replaced was now loose and moving around. Back to the dealership. Just got a call from the dealership and they told me that the windows that was put in by All Glass was “very cheap” and a bottom metal bracket that held the window to the door frame had ...

We took four cabinet doors to them to replace the glass because we've used them before. My wife picked all 4 up, brought them home and two of the doors were installed backwards....sloppy job. We then drove all the way back and took the 2 doors back. It took them almost a week to fix the issue and re-deliver because we weren't about to drive back there ourselves. This outfit is clearly not customer oriented. There was never a sorry, follow-up...nothing. They lost our business.
