I went in my first appt after referral choice that place to get my hearing aids. I came up with a bad feeling, and I ingored it. When I got in. Office assistance is nice lady, and I see a man that I through my audiology is suppose to be Lauren or Judy said on my paper, I sat down with him with my girlfirend.. I tell him situation with my hearing aids was broken, earing rings, and want for 2 new heaing aids, all he say bye.. Bye? I got mad why bye? you are suppose to help customer to give what I need. and called him A______ in his face.. He didnt want to help me get a hearing aids, and he kick me out. What does he want is only what he is interesting. Dont go there. I have to go back to my Doctor again and get another referral because it required by my Blue Cross insurance.‎
