DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!!
DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!!: As a vet student/veterinary technician/former senior kennel technician, I must advise you NOT to board/groom your pets at All Creature's Inn.
I found this kennel on the internet and after researching and noting that they were ABKA (American Boarding Kennel Association) certified, I decided to board my dog with them.
MAJOR Problems:
#1) The manager, Nancy, was very rude to me. Enough said.
#2) I boarded my Brittany Spaniel here for 10 days, and when I came in to pick her up she had received her complimentary "bath." It honestly looked like they sprayed her down with a hose that morning and tosssed her back in the kennel to dry. When I picked her up, her previously beautiful coat didn't even smell like shampoo and was full of clumped, unbrushed, still wet hair and a white, grimy residue.
#3) My dog has never had a mat in her coat before, EVER! When I got in the car I discovered my dog had 2 ping-pong ball sized mats behind each ear!! I was furious, so I rushed over to the only groomer still open on a Sunday afternoon (PetSmart - which did an excellent job, by the way) to have them cut the mats out from behind her ears because they were pulling and making her skin raw!!
AND to add insult to injury...
#4) She contraced a nasty eye infection while boarding at All Creature's that had to be treated with triple-antibiotic eye ointment three times daily for the next week to get rid of the green, goopy, infectious secretions that she definitely did NOT have coming out of her eyes when I dropped her off.
I honestly believe that this kennel does not deserve their ABKA certification and I must advise you NOT to board/groom your pets here if you want them to be healthy, happy, and clean when you come to pick them up. Please don't give this kennel your buisness.
