No call No show = FIRED‎
I had a service appointment scheduled between 9 and 10. I gave them a 1/2 hour before I called. I was a little surprised they had not contacted me to explain the tardiness. When I did call, it sounded like I woke someone up. Told him the situation and the response was, "okay". Sounds like a business that doesn't care much about business.‎
