We had been in a little fender bender and needed work done. We called the insurance company and All American was one of the companies that they recommended. We took the truck there the work was done on time, the staff was knowledgable and fast.

This firm was recommended by AAA, so I expected they would be very good, but their work and customer service were truly outstanding. We were kept fully informed throughout the repair process by knowledgeable and courteous staff, who always were patient with our questions, and very thorough in their responses. We brought in a '99 Honda Accord, but from the service you would have thought it was a Ferrari! When additional and separate work on the windshield was needed, the staff made all the arrangments for us and called to make sure that the windshield installer showed up on time and that the work was satisfactory. I would very comfortably recommend this firm to anyone without reservation.

I had the misfortune of having a front end collision in my 2002 Nissan sentra; I was referred to All American Paint and body by my insurance company. All American sent a tow truck to the scene of the accident, wrote an estimate on my vehicle, and got me to enterprise rental car within 2 hours of my collision. I was contacted
By my estimator once a week with updates on my repairs. I felt totally comfortable because was kept up to date @ all times. When the repairs where complete I was more than satisfied with the work.

I was referred to All American after I got in an accident with my 00 GT Mustang. A friend that had gone to All American for their extensive custom paint department referred me. He paid for the work he had done out of his pocket, which was somewhere around 7k dollars. So I figured if he gave All American a chance paying out of pocket, I could definitely give them a chance going through insurance. So I started the process of repairs, which was fairly simply on my end. The estimator looking at my car answered all my questions about how to go about insurance etc. They even dropped me off and arranged a rental car for me through my insurance. I got my car back in just over two weeks and my car was better looking then before the accident. Yeah sometimes getting a hold of my estimator would take a day, but after seeing how many cars go in and out of that shop, I realized there busy and have jobs to do too. I would rather them take a little longer on my car to ensure complete safety when driving rather then getting it back in two days and having problems. And on last thing I would have never known I was in an Auto Body Shop by how immaculate there front office is. I will continue and already have passed on the good word about All American Paint & Body!
