This is a mistaken identity review. This is Not our campany nor did we move this customer. We understand that when you call information for an address or phone number, the phone company simply picks the first all american in alphabetical order. All American has become a popular name these days and there are several companies from out of town who put thier names in the South Bay book. One of such is from the valley with a very bad reputation down here. I assure you we are Not them!
We are family owned and operated and have been in the So. Bay for fifteen years. We operate on an 80% referral and return business rate. We are proud members of the B B B and the AMSA.

The worst service I have ever received from any business, let alone a company responsible for your belongings. They do not answer their phones, and when they do the person you need to speak to is rarely available and with as little information as possible. They make you pay in cash upon delivery. They give themselves a window of up to 15 business days after the delivery date. My stuff arrived 15 business days after my delivery date. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
