All American has wider selection of items. Their customer service was below average. I've spoken to at least 5 different employees during my visit as I purchased 2 special orders and some items. They seemed quiet and reserve. No one said hello or how are you. I would say Home Depot has greater customer service. Prices are higher but wider selection.
