I have been eating at Alicia's for years. It is a landmark in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose. They have buffets some week nights and great Sangria. Best of all is the Cocido and soup full of corn on the cob, short ribs, and lots of veggies. A small one is more than you can eat, comes with tortillas rice and beans and last time I was there it was 6.25. They are open breakfast, lunch and dinner and do some catering as well. They have recently added a full bar. Service is usually atrocious, but for some reason, I never care.
