ALFRED IS AWFUL


I took a bridesmaid dress in to Alfred's Tailoring around 2 weeks ago. When I came back to try the dress on I noticed a spot which was not there when I dropped of the dress. Alfred said he could get out the spot by the time I picked up the dress the next day. Upon picking up the dress I noticed that alfred DID NOT remove the spot but instead sewed over the spot completely ruining the dress (a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding). At first, Alfred denied all responsibility and when he finally admitted it he said there was nothing he could do about it. I have never been treated in such a manner or deceived about a routine tailoring job. When Alfred finally admitted to destroying the dress he said if I came in with a receipt he would pay for the dress. Today, I went in with the dress and he once again denied all wrong doing.
