I ordered my wedding dress, invitations, napkins and had my dress altered at this Alfred Angelo. I have spent almost $2,000 on them only to recieve the worst service I've ever had. When I ordered my wedding napkins, the sales associate who helped me was rude. When I came to get my dress fitted, I waited 30 minutes before I could get any help- even with an appointment. Now, to top everything off, my wedding invitations are late. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes, only to have a response back to me of: "I don't know" by the store manager. I suggest to take your business to another place.

Great selection of Bridesmaids and they come in a massive amount of colors. Staff is friendly, helpful and where there for the entire event.

Had to get my bridesmaid dress there. Awful selection, terrible quality, the same return policy as a flea market. ALL Sales Are Final!!! This includes shoes, accessories, everything. Don't risk it...Go to David's Bridal.

They don't carry many sizes in the floor samples so you have to "use your imagination". They take your mesurements and tell you what size to order. It wasn't even close!!! The dress is huge! I don't mean the usual length and strap adjustments either. I mean big all throughout the waist, hips, everything. Except the bossom which is way too small! Even though the floor sample I tried on was two sizes smaller and the chest fit just fine in that one. Totally inconsistent.

Also it is cheaply made and uneven throughout. Which I guess doesn't matter since it's going to need extensive alterations anyway. Which includes recreating the top so that I don't look like bimbo bridesmaid of the year! This going to cost as much as the dress if not more!

Oh and in case your wondering. No I don't have the magic potion that makes you lose wieght and gain bossom in a matter of weeks. It's the dress!

I had great service at Alfred Angelo. The first time i went in the sales lady was so nice and helpful. the next time i went in i got someone else and she was really no help at all and I told her that and asked for someone else. The new lady i got was wonderful she kept pulling dresses out that she thought i would like and helped me get into them and everything. I just ordered my dress from them this week so we shall see if their service gets worse. (i hope not) So far so good!!!!

The shop was nice, the dress selection was about average - you can tell from their website. I'm rather small and they didn't have many size 4 dresses, but they had a large selection of larger sizes. The customer service was very good. A representative approached me offering help right after I arrived. I went on a weekday, I don't know how the weekend service is, but I went in without an appointment and they made time to pay attention to me and were very helpful.
