I just bought my dress this past weekend and am getting married in a year. Honestly, I read the few bad reviews listed below and was a bit nervous. I'm new to the Triangle area from Louisiana, and I don't have a lot of connections. My sister and mama flew in for this special weekend. I had Three bridal appointments. The first one on Friday was awful and I just hoped that the weekend wouldn't be completely wasted. We walked into Alexia's on Saturday morning to have the entire salon to ourselves (make an appt in advance) and Charlotte interviewed me. She then went and picked out dresses suiting my style. Alexia then introduced herself and before I knew it, I was trying on dresses with Alexia's help. They picked the gowns because they know their stock and they know their customers. They help you dress so their dresses stay in PRISTINE condition and are available for resale. They will be storing my dress for the next year and I am welcome to go in and try it on as often as I like. I honestly only made an appointment here so I could try on a Vera Wang. I walked out WITH a Vera Wang and am absolutely thrilled!!! They work with you and put no pressure on you. I couldn't have asked for a better bridal experience except maybe a mimosa for my mom, sister and I! HA!

First and foremost I think every bride should stop into Alexias for the ulitmate shopping experience! After visiting several stores in the area (Victorian Rose, Bridal Shop etc) I was hesitant to go anywhere else; however my sister convinced me to try Alexias and I am so glad that I did! The staff was great especially Alecia, she took the time to go over what I wanted and my budget and then pull dresses from that! Everyone gown she pulled was amazing however the one I got was truly gorgeous!
I cannot thank everyone at Alexias enough for the help and guidance in helping me find the perfect wedding and bridesmaid dress!
Bottom line this is the best bridal boutique around!

I went to Alexia's after visiting several other area boutiques and not finding what I wanted. I heard lots of raves on sites like these about Alexia's. I'm sorry to say, I was very disappointed. They seem to be enjoying a nice spot in the Triangle as the only "couture salon" but their service was not what I would expect from a shopping experience where I'm going to drop over 5K on an item! I found it to be very stuffy and the staff to be snobby and unfriendly, particularly Alexia herself. Not at all the fun and exciting shopping experience a bride deserves when looking for this most important dress! I ended up purchasing my dream gown (a Reem Acra) on a weekend shopping trip to Chicago. I had it altered in Cary but Alexia's will not be getting any of my engaged friends' business until they learn to match their service level with the "couture" salon experience they're going for.

When I first became engaged I knew exactly what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. I searched all over the Triangle trying to find my dream dress but was disappointed not only in the selection and quality, but the service. My last stop was the Vera Wang Salon at Alexia?s Bridal Boutique ? the staff greeted me, served me a chilled water and took time to talk to me about what my ?wedding? look consisted of. After a great conversation, dresses were pulled and I started trying on all the beautiful gowns. I found my dream dress that day ? the staff made me feel so beautiful helping me take photos for my parents and suggesting ideas for different accessories. Alicia ? who was my main contact and the biggest help when it came to my gown, was there for every fitting and meeting - helping me along the way. She even sent photos of the gown to my in-laws in MI. Talk about going above and beyond! My wedding day was by far the best day of my life and the dress was absolutely perfect. The quality of my Vera Wang was amazing and the tailoring made the dress look like it was made for me. I would suggest any bride to visit Alexia?s boutique - it is well worth the money. I cannot thank the staff there enough for making sure my dress was everything I had always dreamed of.

My experience with Alexia's was amazing.
I showed them a photo of a dress I liked, they pulled one that they thought was similar, and it was the first dress I tried (of course I tried on many others...but this was the one!). The dress was completely unique, and fit my personality and that of my wedding perfectly. I had SO MANY friends and guests ask where it came from and comment on the dress.

Their service and recommendations were very helpful, and I feel that they went out of their way to be sure my day was as flawless as they could help make it.
Not only did I feel beautiful on my wedding day, but I get so excited every time I think about my fabulous dress.

I highly recommend Alexia's to any bride looking for a unique, high quality gown that people will be talking about for a long time...for a bride who doesn't like a lot of fuss and has class...and for anyone who enjoys quality service.
