Alex is the best! Ever spend your whole day waiting for service that comes only when they want to? Ever feel like the repair person is doing YOU a favor? Not with Alex TV. He offers same day service- and he means it! Not only did he fix my convoluted TV-VCR-DVD player hookup (which was screwed up by the cable guy)- he gave me excellent service. He spent his time to explain how my system worked until I "got" it. It means a lot to me that someone who comes to my house is kind, trustworthy, expert and fair with his prices. He repairs big screen, plasma, LCD, DVD, VCR stereo and computers. He also showed me how to use all of my equipment until I understood it. I live on a street that no one can seem to find- and he found it immediately. I highly recommend Alex TV!

My LCD had been victim to a rogue power surge, and so I called Alex's TV repair around 9:00am this morning. The lady on the phone was very nice, took my address (West Hollywood) and a description of my TV, and told me that no problem, someone would be over later in the day to take a look. It would be $65, and if it could be fixed they would apply that towards the cost of repair.

So I took off work and waited at home. When no one came by 5:30pm, I called again to politely ask if someone was still coming. A man on the other end told me that they "don't work in my area" and that the lady should have told me that. Meanwhile, I've wasted an entire day, waiting at home.

Alex is a very knowledgeable repair person who has a command of the TV world. We have had him come twice to our house to repair our 54" rear-projection TV and each time we have completely satisfied with his work and his prices. To top it off, Alex is a genuinely friendly guy. Alex gives quick service at a fair price. He does what he says he will do in less time then he says it will take.
