As a female, I would rather go the the gynecologist than into an auto shop. Mostly for fear that my lack of knowledge will lead to a major rip off, as in the past. Alex Auto Parts was great. They found the part in no time. They are located in a small shop, but are reasonably priced, have a lot of parts and the customer service is excellent. Way above the average auto parts shop!
