i recommend it

after visiting the shop twice asking for advice, it wasn't until the third visit that I found the manager to talk to. she boosted my confidence in their expertise enough for me to invest my money into putting shades in a lot of my windows in my new house. I installed them myself and, since i'm a bit handy, it only took a few hours. in the end my shades look great and will look great for many many years.

Pros: big selection, great advice (when you find the right person to talk to at the store)

Cons: almost too much to choose from, easy to get a sales person that's not that helpful

Used to be great, but now?

In a word... Meh!

Nice store lots of displays but it isn't what it used to be. My hubby & I shopped there in '02 and the guy who helped us was a pro (owners son?). So now, with our new house we thought let's go see him again. Sadly he's moved on so we went with the help.

Really disappointed, lot's of umming and errs. The lady really didn't know what she was selling. Then we talked to the "new" manager and things just got worse. She kept trying to sell us what she wanted us to buy and not what we were looking for. It was really annoying.

If you want to shop there go wit a plan.
