I was a patient at Albuquerque Dermatology Associates for over 15 years and started with Dr. Joel Barkoff and went on to be a patient of Allison Boudreax. These two Drs.were extremely professional and caring. They listened to you and treated you with the ultimate respect. The office personnel was always kind, helpful and most cordial. It was a very friendly and caring atmosphere during that time. As years passed and the medical staff changed, it was nothing but disappointment whenever I had an appointment. I went in for an in office so called, simple procedure and ended up with a horribly disfigured face thus requiring plastic surgery. I have NO sensation in parts of my face and lips and the nerve endings will never grow back. How can one ever be compensated for this tragedy? The Dr. completely blew me off. He showed absolutely no compassion towards this horrific medical malpractice. His lack of concern towards my physical and mental well being was unbelieveably evident. The day he created and caused this permanent medical problem in my life, he arrogantly never looked back.(Literally!) I can't help but wonder how he would of reacted if this had happened to his wife?

I love the staff at Albuquerque Dermatology Associates, they are always friendly and helpful and all are very professional in manner. Eager to help and provide excellent care and services!
