Had reservation, so did the 40 people in front of me. This was a weekday and the line was down the street. At first I thought oh, an hour or so, but that ended up being over three hours!!!!!! Waste of time but we needed the car. Not sure what the hell they do here but please be sure to go somewhere else. Google also has negative reviews, don't ignore us folks...it's really that bad.

We had to wait almost three hours to get a car (weekday, 10 o'clock) - and by the time we left the queue had become twice as long. The staff at the counter was the least helpful I've seen so far. The car we got was not to our liking, but as you see your car only when you get them in the separate garage, you don't really want to start complaining and get near that queue again...

I have used this location many times through my work as well as my family members, and we are continually pleased with the service we receive. The staff is friendly, the rates are reasonable as well. They are competitive with other locations in that I would chose to use them over other locations that I have used in the past.
