This cab comany hires sexual predators!
My niece took a cab from an SMU/TCU game last Saturday night, 9/29, to return to my home. She was driven in the wrong direction and sexual advance were made on her by the driver. She pleaded for him to take her in the correct direction but he drove in the opposite direction and began reaching back to grope her.
In an effort to not make him mad or upset him, she calmly suggested they get something to eat at a nearby restaurant and he stopped at a Chilies at Preston and Forest.
She got out first and quickly went inside and asked for help. The manager graciously took her to the back and they called the police. The police arriived 45 minutes later and escorted her home. The driver got away.
Beware of this company and avoid it at all costs!!

BEWARE - My husband was on a business trip in Dallas for one day. He used a credit card to pay for cab service in the morning from DFW to his client meeting. Later in the day, his card got declined at an airport restaurant before his return flight home, which is odd for him. We found out in the evening, after getting a fraud alert from our credit card company, that after the charge for the cab service went through, two additional charges for $20,000 each we attempted 30 seconds each after the original cab charge. Luckily, our credit card company did NOT allow these fraudulent charges to go through from Alamo Cab Company. Do not use their service if you are going to pay with a credit card, as it is likely that they have tried this with other customers.

Best cab company in Dallas hands down. I have worked with this cab company for a long time now, both by utilizing a single driver I call regularly and by the main number. They are the only cab company in Dallas that is always on time and always provide drivers that are friendly. At first they may not seems as professional because they handle all the calls by person and don't seem to have an automated switchboard. However, I cannot emphasize enough how many times I have been screwed by other companies with full time operators whose driver are always "5 minutes away" or who sometimes don't show up at all.
