Okay, so I was a bit nervous going into a CPA firm for the first time instead of H&R Block.

First of all, Alamitos was not as far as I had anticipated and once I walked into the office the reception was pleasant.

I was made to feel comfortable and was asked if I wanted a beverage. Considering this it was a lovely Sayturady afternoon, the last place I wanted to be was in the tax preparer's office.

I met with Clea McKenna and she did a great job of making me feel like a valued client and not a number. She carefully explained the details of my tax return and some future advantages.

This is a reputable company that is family owned and has been around for approximately 40 years.

No question was a bad question and I feel I have a solid proactive approach to the year 2005.

Good experience.

PROS: I felt well informed. All questions were answered efficiently.
CONS: Printer was slow.
