I live in Fremont and in Fremont, it is noisy and some staff members at Fremont are poor. Compare to Newark Library, Newark has a great selection of books, quiet, and a lots of computers. Great Library over all.

Noisy, poor selection: Even though I live in Newark, I prefer to go to other public libraries in the area. The selection is poor and seems to mainly consist of Spanish books for children and popular press Spanish books. The librarians state that they have surveyed the patrons in making their selection, but it seems that they have missed the fact that a lot of people don't use the library because it doesn't meet their needs. The English language books seem to be aimed at an uneducated audience.
