Al Packer Ford West has excellent service people, and salesmen in their dealership. Their service department has the most helpful service manager, and works hard to save you money. The service manager helps to get you in for service and out that is most convenient to you and can also provide transportation back to your home. Also their parts department has very helpful people to help you find the parts you need. They listen to what you want. I would very highly recommend this business.

We've used Al Packer Ford West to service a company car-a Ford Taurus. They did a good job and accepted the lease service contact with no problems. They detected the problem and serviced the car with out any difficulties. We have friends who have purchased new vehicles from the dealership and have said it was a pleasant experience and believe they got a good deal. They carry both new and used vehicles. They are conveniently located right on Southern Blvd in Royal palm Beach. Recommend.
